Sometimes you change your mind, or for some other reason you need to cancel a webstore order or return some of the products you ordered.<\/p>\n<\/div>

By completing this form, you will receive a customer return code in reply to your email, which you can use to send your returnable webstore purchases free of charge at the Post Office.<\/p>\n

Please note that the returned product must be in original condition, unused and in its original packaging. No return or address markings may be made on the sales packaging and the product and its packaging must always be sent in a separate package or bag. Please remove any old postage labels from the package if you are using the same mailing package in which the product arrived to you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
