Terms of delivery

Rento online store deliveries outside Finland will end on March 6th, 2020.
Tammer Brands Oy (VAT FI01536341) operates the Rento online store, selling consumer products to adult individuals in Finland. All prices include Finnish VAT. We reserve the right to alter product prices and delivery costs at a time of our choosing.
Please contact us for purchase options outside Finland, or for purchases to companies. Orders to organizations or to destinations outside Finland cannot be placed on the Rento online store.

Products can be ordered by placing them into the shopping cart on the website and then paying them with online credit card or bank payment. All customer data is handled confidentially. The personal information gathered during the transaction are only used for matter pertaining to the order in question, and will not be stored permanently. Ordering from our online store requires agreeing with the current terms of delivery and our data management principles. Upon successful completion of an order and payment, an email message containing confirmation will be sent to the address provided during order placement. Delivery of this message requires entering a valid and functional email address during order placement.
Paytrail Plc (VAT FI21228397) provides the online payment service on this website, in cooperation with Finnish and international banks and credit card companies. Payment can be completed via credit card, but also with direct payment from a Finnish bank. If you have an account and online authentication methods for a Finnish bank, you may choose this as a payment method. The payment recipient visible on your bank statement will list Paytrail as the recipient. The seller primarily handles dispute cases. The products are delivered within five business days in Finland. Tammer Brands is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions. We will provide information on any foreseeable delays in delivery on the online store.
The products will be shipped from the Tammer Brands warehouse using Finnish postal services (Posti). Additionally, we use Consignor software for handling shipping details. Posti and/or Consignor will provide shipment tracking and delivery notifications based on the contact information you provide during order placement.

As per the EU directive on consumer rights, the consumer as the right to cancel and return the order (right of withdrawal) for a period of 14 days upon receiving the order. If you wish to return a delivered order, please fill in the return form HERE. In return, we will send you a customer return code, which you can use to send the returned products free of charge from the Post Office to the return address below.
When returning the product, the item must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receiving return instructions.

If the product is returned by a means of delivery other than Post, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Payment will be refunded within 14 days from the arrival and inspection of the product.
Failure to claim a delivery from shipping does not constitute usage of the right of withdrawal. An unclaimed package will not be refunded, unless the seller has been notified of order cancellation.
If the product has not arrived within the delivery time period, it is broken or otherwise does not match the product ordered, you must notify the seller within 14 days. If the package has incurred damaged during shipping, a complaint should be filed with the shipping company.

Products purchased outside the Rento online store
According to the Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajasuojalaki), the primary location for returning a malfunctioning product is the seller’s place of business. However, your feedback is our priority in regard to product development and quality assurance. At Tammer Brands Oy, we always process written complaints. This creates fewer misunderstandings and better legal protection for you. If you suspect that the product has some material or manufacturing defect, please fill out the necessary information in the form as accurately as possible so that we may process your claim properly and as quickly as possible.
